Located at a distance of 170 km from Shimla, Sarahan is called the gateway of Kinnaur. 2. Sangla

4. Kalpa

However, unlike Spiti Valley, Nako is much greener. This place is not visited by many but you are a travelholic, you must cover Nako too in your Kinnaur and Spiti Valley circuit. If you start from Kalpa, it will only take your 4 hours to reach Nako. To cover all the attractions here, you can start a bit early in the morning. The attractions here include Nako Monastery, Nako Lake, Chango Monastery, Confluence of Spiti and Sutlej Rivers at Khab, Kazigs/Ka Loops, and Malling Nallah.
